AWARD WINNING Connie Tu is a skilled body artist in the medium of natural henna and ethically sourced jagua. She is passionate about the power of body art and human connection in raising wellbeing and self-confidence. Her welcoming, level-accessible artist’s studio is located in the Creative Arts Hub of the Q20 Events building on Dockfield Road, Shipley with appointments available to book online. From November 2024 onwards this studio will be closed permanently while Connie is on sabbatical.

Current COVID-19 Policy
Prior to your arrival you are required to complete all online forms and provide your most recent COVID-19 lateral flow test result. All equipment will be disinfected before and after your appointment, with PPE worn by your vaccinated artist. Hand sanitizer, gloves, and disposable face covers will be available and are required for every visitor. Only one customer and their carer/attendant are permitted at a time. Full policy outline here.

Connie Tu is the co-founder and organiser of the #MonthlyMehndiMeet for henna artists of ALL levels. Our goal is to nurture a supportive and professional community for all to enjoy. These sessions ended in 2021.
